A warm welcome with quirks
The owner was incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. The spacious room was cozy, and we slept soundly despite its proximity to the road.
However, finding the main entrance was confusing, and the lack of clear signage led to a frustrating start to our stay.

The hotel felt welcoming, especially with the friendly owners who made our family feel right at home. The kids enjoyed the spacious room, and it was clean and comfortable, perfect after a day of exploring the Great Smoky Mountains.
My kids wished there was a pool for them to splash around in. It would have been great for families.

I loved the charm of the Knights Inn! The friendly owners made us feel right at home, and the pet-friendly vibe was a bonus. Plus, the room had that fresh smell and was squeaky clean—definitely a place that prides itself! A hidden gem for value seekers on a culinary quest in Newport.
However, the lady at the front desk could use a lesson in customer service, as she was quite rude.

The room was very clean, and I appreciated how
the bathroom was well-maintained. The hostess was friendly, but the noise from the heating system made it hard to sleep. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but I wish the entrance was easier to find.
